Shipping Rates and Policies

In December 2020, a congressional amendment to the PACT Act was signed into law as part of the omnibus spending bill. This law expands the definition of tobacco products to include electronic cigarettes, vapes, e-liquids, and vaping accessories. Effective March 26th, online retailers must now collect state and local excise taxes on vaping products and require an adult signature (21+) for all deliveries nationwide. Additional compliance requirements include labeling, packaging, record-keeping, and state and federal registration and reporting.

At vapeflavors.us, we are committed to adhering to the rules and regulations of the PACT Act. To ensure compliance, we have implemented a new shipping solution that aligns with federal and state laws. Starting April 2nd, we will transition to this new shipping method, available in select U.S. regions. Shipping options will be provided at checkout.

Moving forward, all shipments will require an adult signature (21+) and an ID check upon delivery, which will incur a $7 fee at checkout. We recommend shipping orders to a workplace address for convenience.

We currently ship only within the Domestic United States and do not offer international shipping. Some states have specific restrictions on the sale and shipment of our products. If your state is not listed in the drop-down menu during checkout, this indicates that we have temporarily suspended shipping to your state pending regulation review.

    Orders containing flavored e-liquids with shipping addresses to the above states will be removed and refunded, and/or the entire order may be canceled and fully refunded. Other items in the order will still be processed and shipped as usual. This policy is subject to change, and we will update it regularly to reflect the latest laws.

    Shipping and Handling Timelines

    All orders go through a processing period of 1-3 business days before shipment. Once processed, you will receive an automated email with tracking information confirming your package's progress. Delivery timelines and available shipping methods, based on your location, will be shown at checkout. Typically, orders are shipped within 24-72 hours (excluding Federal holidays), Monday to Friday. You can view and track your order status anytime by logging into your vapeflavors.us account.

    Delivery Times

    After processing, orders typically take 5 to 10 business days for delivery, depending on your location. During busy periods, such as sales events or the holiday season, shipping times may vary slightly. You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address linked to your account. You can also access this information through your account page on the vapeflavors.us website.

    If the tracking information does not update for several days, it could mean your package has reached a sorting facility or transit location. Rest assured, this is not unusual. If you experience delivery-related issues, contact your local post office directly. While we strive to provide reliable shipping, delays or misrouting by postal services are outside our control, and we cannot be held responsible for such occurrences.

    Delivery Issues

    Please ensure all shipping addresses are accurate before completing your purchase. Once a package is marked as shipped, the shipping address cannot be altered. vapeflavors.us is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, unclaimed packages, or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.

    Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, you must contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the items. If additional information is required, we will request further details.

    • For incorrect items, returns will only be processed if the items remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
    • Claims made after 3 business days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution, though we will do our best to assist.

    Return to Sender

    Returned packages due to an undeliverable address or incorrect shipping information will be refunded minus shipping fees. Please note that clearance items, disposable products, and sale items are final sales and are not eligible for refunds or returns, even if defective.

    For incorrect or missing items resulting from our error, you must notify us within 48 hours. We will promptly correct any mistakes, but only if notified within the specified timeframe.
